North East With Dogs

Home / Newcastle & Tyne & Wear / Tynemouth, Cullercoats & Whitley Bay

Front Street's pubs, the priory on the headland, Longsands and the Fish Quay, with Cullercoats and Whitley Bay a short walk up the coast. North Tyneside closes some beaches to dogs from 1 May to 30 September: King Edward's Bay and Cullercoats Bay fully, and the south end of Longsands. We check every dog rule at the source: the place's own website, the booking page for each cottage, or trusted guides like CAMRA. Each listing tells you which.
