North East With Dogs

Home / North Yorkshire / Swaledale & Arkengarthdale

The wildest of the northern dales: stone barns, hay meadows and old lead-mining tracks from Reeth up to Keld and over to Arkengarthdale. Remote inns here are used to walkers and their dogs, but many close or cut hours in winter, so check before a long drive.
